June 6, 2005 Dear Season Ticket Holder, The 2005 season is just around the corner and we would like to thank you for the support this past winter with regards to all the uncertainty. As an organization we are proud of the new ownership with myself and my father, Bernie, taking control of 51% of the team. Our season ticket drive is starting to pick up again and with the 4,500 season tickets holder to date, we would like to thank you for your support and will sending out those tickets June 7th by Express Post. Within your package you will receive your 15% discount card for Sports Experts, complimentary tickets to the pre-season game, and other passes that you may have purchased. Our team this year is focused and throughout training camp has been in the right shape needed to take on the competition. Our first pre-season game is this Thursday June 9th against the Montreal Alouettes on the road at Percival Molson Stadium. Our first exhibition home game is June 16th against Montreal at 7 p.m. Thank you for your support and patience throughout the last number of months. Our ownership group is committed to you, our loyal fans and to making this team a successful one on and off the field. We will also be announcing exclusive specials for our season ticket holders in the coming weeks. We would also like to inform our season ticket holders of our new price point that we have introduced to our stadium for the 2005 season as a one-day special on June 25. In sections PP/HH/JJ/OO, B and GG/AA (a closed area until a week ago), tickets have been priced at $99.00 for general admission entry (only on that day) into those areas of the stadium. We are not selling these $99 tickets below row 8, thus not affecting our season ticket holders. The first eight rows in section OO/JJ will remain reserved seating. Our hope is that this new price point will increase our season ticket base and make Frank Clair Stadium the place to be for the 2005 football season and beyond! If you do have any questions, please direct them to us, at the Ottawa Renegades Football Club. You may reach us at 613-231-5608 or by email to one of our ticket representatives, either Davyd Balloch (dballoch@ottawacfl.com) or David Jelley (djelley@ottawacfl.com). We hope you, like us, will enjoy the 2005 Ottawa Renegades Season. We look forward to seeing you at the park! Sincerely, Lonie Glieberman President Ottawa Renegades Football Club |
