Blatter is angry that the disciplinary committee won't use videotape replays to help them when making rulings on players. Now, France's Laurent Blanc has been red-carded for a bogus foul against Croatia's Slaven Bilic, a foul that undoubtedly would be reversed if the committee decided to use video replays when making its ruling on a possible suspension for the World Cup final. Spanish referee Jose Garcia-Aranda thought Blanc had punched Bilic in the face but in fact Blanc had pushed Bilic in the chest, hardly a hanging offence. If the committee chooses to use a replay, Blanc should be allowed to play in the final against Brazil on Sunday. "There is a precedent for them using replays but they have refused to use them in France," said Blatter, indicating he would have more to say after the tournament.
