Fans bet on red and yellow
LONDON (AP) -- Red and yellow cards aren't a welcome sight on the soccer field, especially at the World Cup.But some people could be cheering wildly at every card flashed by the referees at the 64 World Cup games in France.
City Index, a London-based spread betting company, has launched an options market based on the number of goals scored in the championship and the number of red and yellow cards shown by the referees.
